Peer Coaching

Today Olivier, Svetlana and I, had our first peer coaching session! After we talked about the structure and individual coaching areas we started asking questions and stimulating each other with the GROW Model! It was not an easy start but as we went along we became more comfortable on both sides, Coaches and Peer. We summarized our learnings in a Coaching LOG and hope to develop a Document useful for our future sessions. I can only recommend to all to start this process, you will only benefit!
